I have many students with divorced parents who share custody of their children. When I send an e-mail out to all of my students, it really needs to go to both parents. Please add another field for a second parent name and e-mail.

I am starting a studio up again, and am getting verbal interest from parents. I want to enter their contact info and send mass email to them about registration dates and so on. I hope to have so much interest that I will have to start putting some on a waitlist. I want to send them a different email by mass email. It would help if you had another category for interested or potential students so I don't have to categorize them as current student, waitlist or former.

On the reconcile all events page, the "Set attendance to" dropdown box
defaults to ignore/reschedule. Can it default to "attended", as one would
hope that's what most students did?

We often pay for things by direct bank deposit here in Australia so this would be helpful instead of putting "other" all the time.

I find the invoicing system doesn't work well for me. I bill per "session" and the fees change every three months. Some parents pay all together, some break it up into monthly fees. It's a pain trying to go into student accounts and change things, and sometimes I can't get a certain month for a certain student to show up in the invoice. I'd love to be able to just enter all the details of the invoice manually including fees, and then be able to do follow up invoices for those who pay monthly.

Most websites give a notice of what is wrong if you make an error on signing in. MTH just goes back to the blank log-in. It would be helpful to come back with "incorrect password" or "incorrect username" so the user can know what is needed.

The app looks nice and clean, but it would be nice to be able to email and edit events - especially since we usually get a phone call from a student changing a time and want to note it down straight away.

I have designed my own invoices and have my own logo at the top, but would like to automate things more and integrate with MTH. I would love a way to customize the layout of the invoices more.

I like to use my ipad to record a student's practicing assignment in an email template. Then I print it for their notebooks and also email it to the parents. I just got the ipad app but it seems that I cannot use it to email anything. Am I missing something? Also, it would be nice to have a "print" link on the email template since on the ipad one cannot right click so I have to email it to myself and then print the email. Thanks!

It would list the student names, how many lessons were attended, missed etc for the dates that the user selects.

In order to stay fresh, relevant, current (technologically and aesthetically ), I'd love to see new website templates. There's current a limited number... and there haven't been fresh templates added for some time now. In our ever-changing web culture, having relevant home page design.... and several options to choose from..... is vital....

I have a cancellation policy and other standard info that I'd like to be available and visible to all students and parents, especially when their invoice arrives. Would it be possible to add a small print section that appears on every invoice? The current "notes" section at the bottom isn't suited for that.

I would like to see a time zone added specifically for Arizona, in account settings. This way, when we import our calendar to Google, we will see the lessons appear at the correct time, since AZ does not do daylight savings with the rest of the Mountain time zone.

Many piano teachers moonlight as performers, accompanists etc. So why not update the website templates accordingly?
-add a new page to the website with room for custom descriptions, photos, video/audio
-add a registration form for performance clients with fields to input:
event type, date(s) and time
suggested/requested music
venue location

I'd really like to have a way to track my leads. I'd love to enter contact information and be able to mark how I've followed up (emailed them, called them, left message, they will call back, etc.) I know there are marketing sites out there that do this, but it would be helpful to keep all my business stuff in one place.
