Browser problems

Here are some things to try:

  • Delete your temporary internet files and folders
  • Make sure your browser is updated.
  • Disable all add-ons/plug-ins in your browser. If this works, then turn them on one at a time to see which one is causing the problem.
  • If using IE, try turning on the Tools -→ Compatibility Settings.
  • Check to see if any firewalls or third-part programs are blocking the program.
  • If you are using IE, then make sure your Internet Zone is not on “High” security Settings.
