Here are some things to try:
- Delete your temporary internet files and folders
- Make sure your browser is updated.
- Disable all add-ons/plug-ins in your browser. If this works, then turn them on one at a time to see which one is causing the problem.
- If using IE, try turning on the Tools
-→ Compatibility Settings.
- Check to see if any firewalls or third-part programs are blocking the program.
- If you are using IE, then make sure your Internet Zone is not on “High” security Settings.
